- 1 quart whole milk
- 2 Tbsp corn starch
- 2 cups strawberries cut in quarters
- 6 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, stir together 1 cup of the milk and corn starch; set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, heat the remaining milk with the strawberries and honey. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the cornstarch and milk mixture and stir until it thickens. Whisk until smooth and serve.
