Honey Syrup
- 2 oz honey
- 2 oz hot Water
Strawberry Kombucha Mocktail
- ¼ cup strawberries chopped
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz honey syrup
- Ice cubed
- 4 oz kombucha
Instructions
Honey Syrup
- Place honey and hot water into a small container.
- Top with airtight lid and shake container until honey and hot water have become a homogenous mixture.
Strawberry Kombucha Mocktail
- Place your strawberries in a mocktail glass and muddle them until the strawberries start to break down.
- Add lemon juice and honey syrup into your glass along with ice and stir to combine.
- Top off your cup with sparkling kombucha and a fresh strawberry before enjoying!
