- 3 cups frozen mango chunks
- 8 oz strawberries hulled and diced
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup orange juice
- ¾ cup mango nectar
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
To serve:
- chamoy
- tajin
Instructions
- Blend together the frozen mango chunks, strawberries, ice cubes, orange juice, mango nectar and fresh lime juice for 45 seconds to one minute until smooth. Pour this mixture into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let freeze for 2-3 hours until you’re able to easily scoop it out.
- Once you are ready to serve, add two scoops of the chamoyada to a glass, then drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of your favorite chamoy on top, followed by a sprinkle of tajin.
