Baked Brie:
8

brie wheel

Strawberry Jalapeño Jam

fresh thyme sprig

Instructions
Strawberry Jalapeño Jam:
Place strawberries, jalapeño, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper in a small saucepan.
Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and transfer to a jar. Allow the jam to cool for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
For Baked Brie:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place brie in small, shallow, ovenproof dish.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and transfer to serving plate.
Top with 1 cup of the strawberry jalapeño jam.
Garnish with fresh thyme (optional).
Serve immediately with crostini or crackers.
Notes
Jam can be made in advance and chilled overnight.
